This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) governing access to and use of the energy contract advice and switching services (the “Service”) provided by AP Venture 1 SL (trading as Llama.Energy), a company legally registered in Spain with registered office at Ronda de Sant Pau, 47, Eixample, 08015 Barcelona, Spain (“Llama.Energy”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Llama.Energy offers a subscription-based digital service that helps users optimize their electricity contracts. We analyze electricity consumption, compare market rates and automatically switch users to better plans where applicable. Our service is independent of any electricity company.
By subscribing to our Service, you accept these Terms and grant us a limited power of attorney to manage electricity contract changes on your behalf. The subscription carries an annual fee, communicated at sign-up. By accepting these Terms, you authorize Llama.Energy to:
The power of attorney takes effect upon accepting these Terms and remains valid until the subscription is cancelled.
Llama.Energy may automatically switch your electricity supplier when a more advantageous offer becomes available, based on your chosen criteria. You will be notified after the change. If you do not agree with automatic switching, do not subscribe to the Service.
The subscription fee is annual and paid directly to Llama.Energy. You may cancel at any time. The service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Although we do our best to ensure optimal savings and switching, we do not guarantee you will save money. The Service is provided “as is”, and Llama.Energy is not responsible for issues arising from energy suppliers.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from acceptance without justification. To exercise this right, contact us by WhatsApp at +34 662 36 56 44 or by email at customers@llama.energy.
We collect and process personal data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you have read and accepted it.
All communication with Llama.Energy will preferably be via WhatsApp or email. Users are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
Although Llama.Energy strives to provide uninterrupted service, continuous access is not guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades or force majeure.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and we may notify you by WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
