Will my electricity be cut off if I switch rates?
No, your supply will never be interrupted. The regulator ensures that you can change providers without any service interruptions.
How much does the service cost?
You have 3 options:
- We will tell you the best rate for free and you can manage the switch yourself.
- Once you agree to the switch, we can handle it for you for a flat fee of €15
- If you want total peace of mind, you can put your bill on autopilot for €24 per year. We’ll automatically switch you whenever a better rate becomes available.
How long does the process take?
Once we have your latest bill, the process takes just a few minutes. After you approve your new rate and savings, we handle the switch so that by next month, you’ll be with your new provider—without you having to do anything!

Can you switch my gas too?
Right now we can only manage electricity contracts. If you home has a gas connection, we can still save you money on your electricity bills, but we can’t switch you to a combined electricity and gas tariff.
